Hello sun_rat,

regards an welcome back :)

It's very tricky but possible. for the big parts i used a solenoid. The next step you can douche with cleaner solvent. With a close engine body you need much time an you must be very fussy!! If you forgot one littel thing/part the engine will be lock like your pictures again! :-?

So long and good luck!

The best and fastest way to get an engine that works reliable will be to open it and to remove all parts which don´t belong into it.
And don´t forget to clean all oil chanels and the oil pump.

Your´s

i would say the safest way to get rid of all the metal parts, is to give the motor into the hands of a professional, there are firms who are specialized for stuff like this, and because the parts flew around in the combustor, they mill the walls of the combustor to have a clean and smooth wall, and they make the piston a little bit wider. and you will get a guarantee.
so that would be my tip.
good luck

Sometime it's not soooo ::) easy to understand your problem - recommendation - write first your problem in german and if nobody find a right solution try in english. 8-)

you mean "to fix" in ger. reparieren not festmachen :-X

Hope you deal successfully your engine-problem...!
