swingarm modification

dieweil ich enwarte eine kurz arbeitstag fur arbeiten on miene motorrad:
while i await a short workday for working on my motocycle:

ich sinnend uber der tatsachen meine hinteradreiffen ist sehr nahe reiben drucken das hinter swingarm.
i was thinking about the fact that my rear tire comes very close to rubbing on the rear swingarm.

konnte das antiel auf diagramm das ist farbte besietigt so ich kaufe eine grosser reifen?
could the part of this diagram that is blacked out be removed so i might purchase a larger tire?

Hi!
You better do not remove that part. It´s welded into the swingarm so it wont twist.
If the tire is getting to close to it, check the size of the tire, maybe its to big.

i mean not to remove it totally, but to cut it back.

Hi Sun_rat,

you can cut out appr. 1cm from the tier-side. After that you will be welded a square bar steel into the hole and close the open end with a plate-steel. Now you can install a bigger tier if you want. Dont forget to cut off the foodpeg's.

now - front 21/90 and back 170/80 with belt.

In the next year maybe i'll be change to an 200/50.
